Products
All baked goods are handmade to order in small batches. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but minor variations in appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. This does not affect quality or taste.
We make every effort to clearly list all ingredients and allergens. However, our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, eggs, and other allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Allergen Information
In accordance with the Food Information Regulations 2014 (UK), all 14 major allergens present in our products are listed in each product description. Our products contain: gluten-containing cereals, eggs, nuts (almonds, walnuts). Some products may contain dairy (butter). Please read each product listing carefully.
Our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free facility. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination. Customers with severe allergies or coeliac disease should exercise their own judgement.
Placing an Order
● Orders are accepted subject to availability and our right to refuse service
● Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
● Free UK delivery is included in the listed price
● You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment
● Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours provided baking has not commenced
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment card details.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gifree Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
