Return & Refund Policy

GiFree Bakery**

Because all our products are freshly baked to order and made with perishable ingredients, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can help.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • Your parcel was lost or undelivered by the courier

  • There is a quality issue with the product

To process a claim, please email us at hello@gifreebakery.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will respond within 24 hours.

Cases Where Refunds Cannot Be Issued

We cannot offer refunds or replacements when:

  • The product was delivered to the correct address but not collected in time

  • The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address

  • The product was not stored correctly after delivery

  • You changed your mind after receiving the order

  • The parcel was delayed due to reasons outside our control (weather, strikes, technical issues)

Cancellations

Because all items are baked fresh, cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time, we may have already started preparing your bake.

Allergy Notice

All our items are gluten-free, but they are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, soy and eggs. Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering.
