GiFree Bakery began from a personal journey. After experiencing my own sensitivity to gluten, I found it surprisingly difficult to find bakery options that were not only safe but also made with clean, nourishing ingredients and great flavour. Many products on the market felt overly processed or lacked the comfort and quality of traditional baking.
That experience inspired the creation of GiFree Bakery—a space dedicated to thoughtfully crafted, gluten-free and dairy-free bakes that feel just as satisfying astheir traditional counterparts.
