Thank you for ordering from Gifree Bakery. All our products are handmade to order in small batches in Leeds, UK. Please read our shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Made to Order

All baked goods are freshly prepared after your order is placed. Please allow 2–4 working days for baking and preparation before your order is dispatched. We do not hold pre-made stock.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery Times

●      Preparation time: 2–4 working days after order is placed

●      Delivery after dispatch: 1–2 working days (Royal Mail or tracked courier)

●      Total estimated time from order to delivery: 3–6 working days

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter, and bank holidays.

Delivery Cost

Free UK delivery is included in the price of all baked goods. No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout.

Digital Products

Digital downloads (PDF guides and ebooks) are delivered instantly to your email address after payment is confirmed. No physical shipping applies to digital products.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged in food-safe materials to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. We take great care in presentation, making our products ideal for gifting.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply in this case.
