Are all your cakes gluten-free?

Yes. All our cakes are made using carefully selected gluten-free flours and ingredients. They are prepared with great care to ensure quality and flavour.

Are your cakes suitable for people with coeliac disease?

Our cakes are made using gluten-free ingredients, and we do not use gluten-containing products in our kitchen. While we take great care during preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have coeliac disease or severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

Do you offer dairy-free options?

Yes, some of our cakes are dairy-free. Each product page clearly states whether the cake is dairy-free. Please always check the product description before ordering.

Do your cakes contain nuts?

Some of our cakes contain nuts or may contain traces of nuts. Full allergen information is listed on each product page. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Can I order more than one cake at a time?

Yes. You can order multiple items in one order. For larger orders, we recommend contacting us before purchasing.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes. You can leave a gift message at checkout, and it will be included with your order at no extra cost.

Which delivery service do you use?

We use Royal Mail Tracked services for reliable and secure delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are freshly prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on the service selected and are estimates only.

How long do your cakes last?

Shelf life varies by product. Most cakes are best enjoyed within 3–5 days of delivery. Storage instructions are provided on each product page.

Can I freeze your cakes?

Yes.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

What if my cake arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Once baking has started, changes may not be possible.
